If you are working somewhere then it is quiet sure that you must be in love or hating the environment. As a matter of fact I do not find any reason why you should hate a job. It might be that you do not like your boss or you want a hike in your salary. There can be in fact many reasons why you might hate the company where you are working. However there are very less chances for you to really dislike the whole company. You dislike must be because of one or two friends.
However it is very tough to complain about some one. Leaving all these behind, you will find that you will do well in any job if you can tolerate. Toleration is one of the most important features of your habit. This is the only habit which can earn a promotion for you.
However if you somehow loose your previous job and you want a perfect job ready for you then you will have to take into consideration the following points in mind:
1.You should have proper reasons what went wrong in your previous job. You should really be ready with the reasons which lead to job loss. If you will not have reasons then the recruiters of the company will definitely catch you and you will loose the opportunity to be a part of that company. This is a rule in the field of recruiting that you should have reasons for whatever you do. Otherwise you will never be able to win a job in any company.
2.You should update your resume regularly. Otherwise you are due to lose many opportunities in a short span of time. Never forget that you are a professional and hence you should not forget the rule of the market that you should always update your resume in every few days. If you are doing this then you will soon find out that there will be hundreds of job offers in your inbox. Hence update your resumes regularly.
3.You should make sure that you reply to the phone calls related to various jobs. You should make sure that you give a good reply to all the phone calls. You should make sure that you end up having a good relation with all the recruiters. This will help you when you will loose your job. You will then come to understand that what is the importance of having good relation with various recruiters and employers?
You will enjoy the fruit in the days when you will be job less. You will then find how easily good relation can earn a job for you.
