Stress is one of the biggest enemies of everybody. You will certainly find stress being the biggest enemy while you are doing some job. There can be many reasons for stress in your life and especially at the time of office hours. You might have watched the Television the whole night and hence you will definitely feel sleepy during the work. You can just imagine of the situation when you get a hectic target on that day only. You will certainly be in trouble.

There are many more reasons for stress during work. I would like to list some for you.
1.You might be spending more time on chatting on internet apart from watching television.
2.You never wake up early in the morning.
3.You do not do exercise regularly.
4.You might take lots of junk food.
5.You might drink a lot.
6.You might drink low quality wine or whisky.

Apart from so many reasons you must be wondering that how ca we reduce stress from our daily work. I would like to give some tips to you. They are as follows:

1.You should be friendly with your entire colleague. You should never think in negative manner. You should keep in mind that they are the one with whom you will have to spend most of your working time. Hence it is really better to be friendly with everybody in the office.

2.You should eat five to six times small meals containing the minerals and vitamins in plenty. You lose lot of energy in office hence you should make sure that you take minerals and vitamins in good amount.

3.You can join a gym and do the exercise for 20 to 30 minutes daily. If you cannot continue it daily then you should make sure that you do the exercise for at least five days.

4.As far as sugar and caffeine are concerned you should not take in large quantity because it might prove very dangerous for your health. Add it is really required that you should be health conscious.

5.As far as giving rest to your brain is concerned you can really go for yoga and meditation. These are the only way to give the brain complete rest for some times.

6.Make sure you have better plan for daily work apart from office work. This is a must because when you are free from office work then it is the time to enjoy and relax. If you will not do so then this will really be very bad for you because you will seldom get a chance for taking rest.
