Work Pressure

In the world of competition pressure is increasing on professionals. Work pressure sometimes lead to job burn out. Work pressure is mounting due to the increase in work load and competition for performing best. In the European nations work pressure is more on people and workers have to do hard work for achieving the required Target. Job security has decreased a lot due to competition and challenges. Work pressure has increased due to globalization and enhancement in technology. Europeans are trying hard to cross the GDP growth of America and therefore many reforms have been made which have lead to the competition in the international market.

Following pointers throw light on work pressure:

1.Competitions among the European nations and American countries have created work pressure. Companies are demanding more from the employees. Economic growth has taken place to large extent in developed of the world but still developing countries are striving to improve the economic and social conditions.

2.Countries which are under developed or come in developing category are under the pressure of developed countries for getting the employment and aid for growth and development. Work pressure in the European nations is due to the limited human resource. Companies are outsourcing like the US companies for getting the work force.

3.There were many movements in the past which lead to the growth of industries in various parts of the world. Britain position is also not so great and nowadays there are no movements for the rights of workers. British people have accepted long working hours for getting good payments in various jobs.

4.Management of the companies is trying to find the measures for reducing the stress and pressure on the employees. Human resource department in companies is hiring more and more people for getting the target set by the companies. People of USA are also working hard for long hours and enjoy the work. USA pays more attention on the work and people earn huge amount for working efficiently.

5.USA is the most powerful nation and also highly developed but European nations are not far behind and they closely follow Americans. Work culture has been changed a lot in modern era. Work pressure is definitely there but people get time to indulge in various activities for recreation like drinking, traveling, playing sports etc.

This is unending debate related to work pressure in developed countries.
