JAD has pertinence in the corporate sector. Many organizations have utilized JAD for the purpose of problem resolution. JAD stands for Joint Application Development or Joint Application Designer which was started by software giant IBM for resolving the problems. JAD is the technique in which meeting is organized by the management of the company for taking the ideas of the professionals. Requirement in JAD

Many qualities are required for becoming the leader of the group in JAD. Experienced and efficient person is given the responsibility of controlling the meeting.
Leader understands the importance of time and coming to the conclusion in limited time for which meeting is organized. There is a need to be friendly with all the members for understanding their views. There should be no partiality exercised by the leader in the meeting.
