Requirement in JAD

Selected people are informed and topic of discussion is conveyed to them. Members are asked to prepare well for attending the meeting. Objectives are defined by the leader for preparing everything in advance. Questions are set by the leader for discussing the particular issues. Roles of the professionals joining the meeting are defined by the leader.

Leader takes the responsibility of dealing with the professionals in well defined way. Leadership skills are essential for success of the meeting. Many qualities are required for becoming the leader of the group in JAD. Experienced and efficient person is given the responsibility of controlling the meeting.

Leader understands the importance of time and coming to the conclusion in limited time for which meeting is organized. There is a need to be friendly with all the members for understanding their views. There should be no partiality exercised by the leader in the meeting.
