The other point which a part of SWOT analysis is to identify weaknesses. You will be in better position if you will be able to analyze your weaknesses. You will definitely have some weaknesses. These weaknesses can always hinder your growth. Hence it is better to analyze the weaknesses and try to remove them before they will hit you very hard. You might also find some situation when you will find out some major weakness. It should be made sure that you better find out them in advance and remove them permanently or might reduce them to the least. For example it might be that you speak very fast. Hence others might find it very tough to point out that whether what you are talking about. Hence it will be better for you to try to speak slowly. Similarly you can have hundreds of weaknesses and you should try to remove them all.

The third point which is a part of this analysis is opportunities. You should really find out that what the opportunities which are coming your way are. You should note down all of them and hence find the best opportunities at last. I advise you to right all the opportunities in a table and then only you will be able to find out whether which the best opportunity is for you.

The fourth and final point in this analysis is the threat. You should know in advance that what the threats in your career are. You should decide in advance that what the threats in your career are. If you will not able to find out the threats then you will certainly find out that they will damage your ideas in very worse manner. Hence you should decide that which are the threats and also how to tackle with all that.
